In a 1910 Victorian house, this one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment features original woodwork, pocket doors, a separate dining room, a well-stocked kitchen, and many delightful outdoor spaces. You’ll have your own washer and dryer in the basement with access from the kitchen. Off street parking is available.

About Our Neighborhood

Located in the Ponckhockie district in Kingston, the house is on the hilltop point where the Hudson river meets the Rondout creek, the house is a 10-minute walk to the Rondout Waterfront area, offering great dining experiences, river cruises, shopping and more. Only a few minutes walk from the door, you'll find the Rondout Lighthouse Trail, which connects to the Empire State Trail via Kingston Point Park. Uptown Kingston is 3 miles and easily bike-able.
